By downloading, installing, or using 10x Space: Compress Photos & Videos ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service
10x Space is a mobile application that provides on-device photo and video compression services. The App processes files entirely on your device without uploading them to any external server. Key features include intelligent photo compression, automatic compression scheduling, and storage analysis.
3. User Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree to:
- Use the App only for its intended purpose of compressing and managing your own photos and videos
- Ensure you have the right to compress and modify the files you process through the App
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not attempt to exploit or circumvent any security measures within the App
4. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Martai and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your photos, videos, and media files remain your property at all times. We do not claim any ownership or rights over your content.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to deliver high-quality compression with minimal quality loss, we do not guarantee:
- That compression results will meet your specific expectations
- That the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or bug-free
- Specific storage savings percentages, as results vary depending on file types and content
We strongly recommend reviewing compressed files before deleting originals. The App provides preview and comparison features for this purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Martai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of photos or videos, device malfunction, or storage issues arising from the use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is zero for the free version).
7. Updates and Changes
We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We may also modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or restrict access to it at any time, without prior notice or liability.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
